Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. No-Show Policy: Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the session fee. Late Arrival Policy: If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly. Why These Policies?
